Bharatakala School of Dance LLC (holding company: Eight AV Inc.) was founded to preserve and promote the art of Bharatanatyam in New Jersey.

The founding mission of Bharatakala is to educate its students in the art of Bharatanatyam and the many aspects of Indian culture that are reflected through the dance form.

Students are instructed in the Kalakshetra style of Bharatanatyam and taught discipline, respect, and perseverence in a positive and friendly environment.
